The spacing between sessions is flexible (usually every 4 to 6 weeks), allowing for continuous follow-up and regular adjustments according to your progress. It is ideal for those who wish to: - implement deep and lasting improvements in their lifestyle habits (nutrition, stress management, sleep, vitality, etc.), - benefit from regular and continuous follow-up, ensuring steady and confident progress, - explore in depth the varied and complex challenges related to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which require a holistic and gradual approach. Before the first session: you will receive a detailed questionnaire to complete and return at least two days before your consultation.
