Service Description
Initial Naturopathic Consultation – 1 hour (Online via Zoom or WhatsApp) This first session includes an in-depth naturopathic assessment. It’s ideal for discovering naturopathy and understanding how it can support your well-being, or for receiving targeted advice on a specific concern. Before the appointment: Upon booking, you will receive a detailed intake questionnaire to complete and return at least 2 days before your session. This helps me gain a full picture of your health profile so that I can provide guidance that is personalized and adapted to your needs right from the first consultation. Please note: A single consultation is very helpful as an introduction to naturopathy or to address a specific issue. However, it is not sufficient to explore all the complex aspects of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which requires a personalized follow-up over several sessions. This consultation serves as an excellent first step into naturopathy — an opportunity to discover how a natural approach can support you on your journey toward better balance and well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made by email at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, the session will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
