This package is ideal for those who wish to: - start transforming certain lifestyle habits (nutrition, stress management, overall well-being), - benefit from regular follow-ups to stay motivated and guided, - adjust recommendations as progress is made between sessions. Before the first consultation, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to complete and return at least two days beforehand. This allows me to gain a full understanding of your profile and ensures a truly personalized approach from the very beginning. The three consultations must be used within six months of purchase.
